On March 15, 2024, all proposals were rejected for the original RFQ - Design Services Due: 02/22/2024 at 4:00 PM ET. The RFQ was reissued and with due date Mar 28, 2024 4:00pm (EDT). *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit Qualifications from Respondents, who are licensed to preform engineering service in the State of Florida, in accordance with Florida Statutes 287.055 for project development, permitting, design, and construction administration services of South Ponte Vedra Beach Management Project in St. Johns County. The intent of the County is to select the most qualified Respondent, based upon evaluation of submitted Qualifications and presentations/interviews with shortlisted Respondents, for the purposes of negotiating and awarding a contract for completion of the Services. Bid submitted : All mail delivered to the County is processed through SJC Central Receiving. Respondents must factor the additional time for processing when mailing their Proposals to the County. Any Proposals that are not delivered to the SJC Purchasing Department by the Submittal Deadline above shall not be considered, even if the Proposal is delivered to SJC Central Receiving prior to the deadline above. SJC Purchasing is not responsible for Proposals that are delayed in delivery due to mail processing activities of the County's Central Receiving Office. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Qualifications, waive minor formalities and irregularities, and to award to the Respondent that serves the best interest of the County.
