The scope of work for this project shall include the design, permitting, construction, and testing of one (1) circular, 113-foot inside diameter, 2.0 MG (nominal volume) wire wrapped, pre-stressed concrete reclaimed water storage tank with a galvanized steel diaphragm including vent(s), hatch, manway, guardrails, aluminum exterior ladder, FRP interior ladder, gravity ventilator, precast overflow(s), and other accessories as described herein. Install all piping, fittings, and appurtenances within the perimeter of the tank and extending to connect to the influent and effluent pipe connection points, as shown in the supplied as-built drawings. Connection points and pipe elevations shall be field verified by the Design-Build Firm. The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit Qualifications from Respondents that are licensed in accordance with Florida Statute 287.055, in order to provide Design-Build services through a lowest price technically acceptable proposal for the construction of a Ground Storage Tank at the State Road 16 Water Reclamation Facility (SR 16 WRF).
