The City of Tacoma is soliciting bids for purchase of Operating Supplies (Stock) For more information regarding this process, please contact: Merry Mitchell, mmitchell@cityoftacoma.org Any Supplier who refuses to enter into a Contract after it has been awarded to the Supplier will be in breach of the agreement to enter the Contract, and Suppliers certified or cashiers check or bid bond, if any, shall be forfeited. The City of Tacoma reserves the right to reject any and all submittals, waive minor deviations or informalities, supplement, amend, reduce or otherwise modify the scope of work or cancel the solicitation, and if necessary, call for new submittals.
