Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The successful bidder will be responsible for the installation of approximately 3,113 LF of 72-inch diameter sanitary sewer pipe, ten (10) HDPE access portals/tees, two (2) 120-inch diameter HDPE sanitary sewer manholes, sanitary sewer cleanouts, backflow preventers, and direct connections to the 72-inch system. The bidder will also be responsible for reconnecting existing sanitary sewer facilities and the removal and disposal of existing sanitary sewer facilities. The work includes installing and maintaining erosion control BMPs, roadway excavation including removal and disposal of existing pavement and unwanted or excess materials encountered during execution of the project, traffic control, utility coordination, concrete curb ramp and sidewalk restoration, curb ramp installation, roadway restoration, and restoration of disturbed private property. The work also includes design, installation, operation and removal of temporary wastewater bypass systems to ensure uninterrupted sanitary sewer service through the duration of the project. The work also includes design, permitting, construction, operation, maintenance, and removal of temporary construction dewatering systems as necessary to complete the installation of the sanitary sewer improvements.
