All proposals must be clearly marked with the name of the project as it appears above. This contract shall be subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of August 15, 1961, P.L. 987, as amended, 43 P.S. Section 165 et seq. Workers shall not be paid less than the prevailing minimum wages as set forth in the applicable schedule. All bidders must submit a bid bond, in the amount of 10% of bid, in the form of a certified check, bank cashier's check, or other form of negotiable instrument which is guaranteed by a commercial bank. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any form of a bid bond which, in the sole opinion of the Township, does not provide sufficient security for the bid. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any portion of any bid, waiver informality or irregularity of any bid or in the bidding and/or negotiate with the receipt of bids. The Township reserves the right to increase or decrease any or all quantities. No bid will be accepted after the time herein specified whether or not the bidder has a time other than the official Township time.
