Proposals for the Water Storage Tank Maintenance Program shall include services for extended rehabilita-tion, maintenance, repair, and asset management services for the Boston Hill Tank and Sconticut Neck Tank in the Town of Fairhaven, Massachusetts. The Request For Proposals (RFP) may be obtained in electronic format through Tata & Howard, Inc. by contacting Allison Shivers, P.E., at ashivers@ tataandhoward.com. Any vendors who request the Contract Documents will be required to provide their contact name, business name, address, email address, and telephone number to assure that they will receive potential addenda, which will be issued via email to the address provided. The Owner may consider any proposal not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions of this RFP incomplete and reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any and all proposals should the Owner determine it to be in the public interest to do so. All proposals are subject to the applicable laws of Massachusetts, including General Laws Chapter 30B, as amended. Payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100-percent of the Contract Price, are required as noted in the General Conditions of Contract.
