The City of Salisbury is seeking a design firm to develop plans and specifications for the renovation of a recently acquired property located at 130 South Main St. Execution of contract May 6, 2024 Design / Bid February 2025 Construction completion December 2025 Deadline for submitting questions regarding RFQ January 31, 2024 Submit questions to sbrow@salisburync.gov The selected firm will work with staff from the Salisbury Parks and Recreation Department, Public Works, Engineering and Planning Departments and shall provide comprehensive plans and specifications that shall satisfy all regulatory requirements, codes, ordinances, historical preservation, ADA, environmental, LEED and sustainability requirements at the local, state and national level.
