As of February 23,2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Remove and install windows. o Remove and install doors. o Remove and replace flooring with LVP. o Paint entire interior. o Install new 40 gal. water heater. o Renovate two restrooms w/ one AD A compliant. o Remove and replace lighting w/ two ceiling fans. o Repair crack(s) in block wall byre-pointing. o Provide exterior shed/awning across front entry. o Remove garage door and replace with two 36" walk doors. The Contractor shall provide all labor ,equipment, and materials necessary to renovate the old Green ever s Fire Station as provided for in this RFP.
