Separate sealed bids for the Rose Hill 2024 CDBG-NR Reconstruction Project: Contract 24-01, 24-02, 24-03, and 24-04 will be received at the Town Hall at 103 SE Railroad Street, Rose Hill, NC. The contract documents may be examined at The Adams Company, Inc. in Warsaw, NC, and the Rose Hill Town Hall. Bid documents can be obtained from the Engineer's office for $200 per set, with digital copies available at no cost. Any bidder returning the documents in good condition will be refunded $200; non-bidders receive no refund. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bidders must be properly licensed under Chapter 87, General Statutes of North Carolina. Small, minority, and women's businesses and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit bids. This project is subject to Build America, Buy America Act requirements. All iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used must be produced in the United States unless a waiver is approved.
