Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliant with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 is required. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Requirement. DBE participation goals (subcontracts, materials, supplies) have been set on this PROJECT for those certified as DBEs. Bidders must comply with Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rate. THIS PROJECT INVOLVES THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 5 FOOT WIDE CONCRETE WALK, INSTALLATION OF A GRAVITY RETAINING WALL, AND RECONSTRUCTION OF CURB RAMPS.
