SCOPE OF WORK .1 Provide all labour, material, equipment and transportation necessary to provide JANITORIAL SERVICES for various sites in Sault Ste. Marie (Appendix “A”). This work will include cleaning of vacant apartments and interior/exterior public spaces, Building Custodian coverage when absent, emergency call-outs for floods, fires, etc., and any other janitorial services as required. .2 SSMHC will notify the contractor that work is required at a given location and the description of work to be done. The Corporation will issue a work order (W.O.) number and send a copy of the work order for action to the Contractor. SSMHC will determine if this work is either NORMAL WORK or EMERGENCY WORK. If it is determined to be EMERGENCY WORK, the Contractor will be notified immediately of the work required by telephone, fax or email.
