Renovation of a municipal facility in Rice Lake, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Major components of the Work include: Remove existing boilers. Remove existing hydronic system pumps. Remove existing air handling unit drain pan. (Remove DX coil to allow access for drain pan removal) Provide new condensing boilers, accessories, and breeching. Provide new boiler pumps. Provide new hydronic system pumps. Provide new variable frequency drives for hydronic system pumps. Provide new drain pan for existing air handler. Reinstall existing DX coil (BASE BID). Provide new DX cooling coil for existing air handler (ALTERNATE 1). Provide new controls for upgraded/replaced equipment. Incorporate into facility BAS. Bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Rice Lake reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City of Rice Lake. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing Question Deadline 02/15/2024
