The Kemoca Regional Park Authority is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to undertake the design and construction of new Main Facility (3050 ft2 ) at Blk/Plan 101596653 Ext 15; or SE 33-14-11 W2nd, Montmartre, Saskatchewan. The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to inform potential bidders of an opportunity and to permit them to submit proposals. It is expected that bidders will submit their own specific design for the Main Facility including changerooms, office, public washrooms and mechanical room. The successful bidder will work with the Pool Contractor to properly plan for all mechanical equipment including filters, pumps, heaters, chemical feed system, automated chemical control system and changes in elevation to accommodate for the inlet and outlet lines. A Project Manager may be retained by the Kemoca Regional Park Authority to oversee the work of the contractors, in addition to directing all aspects of the Scope of Work identified in this RFP. The budget for the entire project (including demolition, construction of the Pool, construction of the Main Facility, landscaping and all other aspects of construction) is set at $3,415,601 (GST and PST not included). Project Award Date - March 6, 2024. Design work and Engineered Construction Drawings shall be complete by May 3, 2024. Commencement of Construction - September 3, 2024.
