Supply Labour & Equipment for the 2024/2025 Gravel Haul for the Rural Municipality of Bengough No. 40. The Gravel Haul for the municipality will consist of loading, hauling & spreading 7/8" Road Gravel from the Municipal Pit located NW 19 06 23 W2 in each of the 2024 & 2025 hauling seasons. Tender Acceptance 2.1 The Municipality reserves the right to refuse to accept any or all tenders, and the lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted 2.2 Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any tender may be rejected which is incomplete, obscure, or irregular 2.3 The Municipality reserves the right to cancel the acceptance of any tender at any time before the execution of the contract by all parties without any liability against the Municipality 2.4 3 Business related references shall accompany the tender. Personal references will not be considered
