The work involves supplying all supervision, labour, materials, equipment, tools, and all other necessary items for gravel crushing as indicated or intended by the specifications. The work includes the crushing of 40,000 cubic yards of 7/8" road gravel with 50% fines screened out and 5,000 cubic yards of 1" road gravel with 50% fines screened out at the Municipal Pit located at NW 19 06 23 W2. The unit price submitted should include all costs for supervision, labour, materials, equipment, and tools required for the complete supply of the work. Instructions to bidders: - Tenders must include: price per crushed cubic yard for both gravel sizes, an up-to-date letter of Good Standing with the Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board, a list of relevant equipment/machinery and valid liability insurance, and a start date. - Tenders can be submitted by mail, fax, or email, and must be received by the specified deadline. - Oral or telephone tenders or modifications will not be considered. - The Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and to consider tenders with minor omissions if rectifiable within five days of award. - Three business-related references must accompany the tender. - The successful bidder must sign the contract agreement and comply with specified dates. - Goods and Services Tax is to be excluded from the unit price.
