Reference Number 0000339227 Pheasant Run Golf Course Path Paving West and South Nine The Scope of Work covered by the Contract Documents includes removal and replacement of an 8-foot wide (varies) golf cart path at Pheasant Run Golf Course in Canton Township. This includes removal of the existing hot mix asphalt path and replacement with HMA, including new sub-grade material (as directed by the Township Engineer). Additionally, there are two golf course restroom locations that require installation of concrete patios/cart parking. Project consists of HMA removal and replacement of approximately 35,000 feet of an 8-foot wide golf cart path at Pheasant Run Golf Course and concrete pad near restroom facilities. *As the best interest of Canton may require, Canton reserves the right to make award(s) by an individual item, group of items, all or none, or a combination thereof; on a geographical basis and/or on a countrywide basis with one or more supplier(s) or provider(s); to reject any and all offers or waive any irregularity or technicality in offers received. Bidders are cautioned to make no assumptions.

website, on the Purchasing Division page under Requests for Bids, Proposals and
Qualifications. It is the bidder's responsibility to check and verify that addenda have been
issued. Failure to acknowledge addenda may result in the offer not being considered.
