Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in De Pere, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of De Pere reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bidding and to accept any proposal which the Common Council deems most favorable to the interest of the City of De Pere. Such forms shall be filed with the Director of Public Works no later than 4:00 PM, Monday, January 29, 2024. Prospective bidders who have previously submitted such forms subsequent to January 1, 2024 will not be required to separately submit such form for this project. Project 24-05 for which proposals are being sought includes the following approximate quantities: 2,000 SY of 8-inch, 6-inch, and 4-inch concrete and colored concrete sidewalk, driveway, and ramp removal and replacement. 350 SY of new 6-inch and 4- inch concrete sidewalk installation. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, payable to the City of De Pere, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute a contract and furnish a contract bond asset forth in the General Conditions of the City of De Pere.
