Completion Date: May 3, 2024 Pre-Qualification: Yes The project includes the restoration of the approximately 65' x 35' Southwest Park Restroom Pavilion that was damaged by fire. The scope includes removal and replacement of the roof structure, and associated insulation, electrical, lighting, roofing, and replacement of exterior man doors in accordance with the plans and specifications.
