All work performed on this project will be subject to the higher of the prevailing state or federal wage rates. This project is partially funded through the Washington State Community Development Block Grant program with federal funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. No bidder may withdraw his bid after hour set for opening thereof, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding 60 days. The Town of Malden is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
