Sealed proposals will be received for the following project: Palouse to Cascades State Parks Trail - Malden to Rosalia Trail Improvements This project includes demolition, clearing and grubbing, stripping and disposal, grading, crushed surfacing top course, gates, structural repairs to existing trestles, trestle railing, fencing, gates and seeding associated with development of a trail on an abandoned railroad corridor between Malden and Rosalia, Washington, in Whitman and Spokane Counties. PROJECT LOCATION: Approximately MP 1874.7 to MP 1883.5 along the Palouse to Cascades Trail, between the towns of Malden and Rosalia ESTIMATED BID RANGE: $850,000 - $900,000 Bidder Responsibility will be evaluated for this project. In determining bidder responsibility, the Owner shall consider an overall accounting of the criteria set forth in Division 00 Instructions To Bidders. Please direct questions regarding this subject to the office of the Engineer. Voluntary numerical MWBE goals of 10% MBE and 6% WBE have been established for this project. Achievement of these goals is encouraged. Bidders may contact the Office of Minority and Women's Business Enterprise to obtain information on certified firms. Washington State Parks reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
