The Board of Education of East Aurora School District 131 ("Board"), will receive sealed bids for asbestos abatement work for the 2024 Window Replacement Project at the following building: Asbestos Abatement at East Aurora High School - Window Replacement Project Bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cash in an amount equal to 5 percent of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. The successful Contractor shall provide Labor and Material Bonds, and Performance Bonds for the work. In accordance with the Prevailing Wage Act, all bidders shall guarantee that not less than the prevailing wage will be paid to laborers, workers and mechanics performing work under the contract.
