Site work and new construction of a stadium in Fort Worth, Texas. Working plans call for the construction of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.
The owner has selected a Construction Manager. The proposed 350-acre Harvest Point development includes site and infrastructure improvements, single family and multifamily residential, parks and trails, retail, family entertainment, hotel and conference center, entertainment venue, a new multi-use stadium and offices. Question Deadline 02/26/2024 at 5:00 PM CT All questions regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing (via email) to Jason Moore, Executive Director of Economic Development at jason.moore@mansfield-texas.com. It is the intent of the Owner to foster utilization of historically underutilized businesses (HUBS) including Disadvantaged/Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprises in its procurement activities. The Owner is particularly interested in receiving Proposals directly from HUBS or from joint ventures involving HUB representation. However, this will not disqualify any Proposal he City of Mansfield, Texas (Owner) is soliciting proposals (Proposal(s)) from Construction Management Firms (CM) who are interested in providing Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) Services for the Mansfield Multi-Use Stadium Project (Stadium), to be located within the proposed Harvest Point Development in Mansfield, Texas (Harvest Point). The Owner desires to retain a CMAR, which may be a firm or a joint venture of firms, to perform preconstruction and construction services for the Stadium and related site preparation and infrastructure improvements. The CMAR must have demonstrated ability to complete a project of this scope. Pursuant to Chapter 2269, Subchapter F, Texas Government Code, it is the intention of the Owner to make its selection via a one-step process through this Request for Proposal (RFP). RFP documents must be downloaded from CIVCAST.com. Any and all changes and addenda will be issued through this system. The Stadium is expected to include 6,500 to 8,000 seats. The Owner would like the Stadium completed and open for events by the end of the first quarter of 2026
