Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Pensacola, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
The CITY OF PENSACOLA will receive bids as listed below. For questions, contact purchasing@cityofpensacola.com or 850-435-1835. The City shall have the authority to reject all bids and advertise for new bids. Any questions concerning the bid should be addressed and submitted in writing no later than 10:00 A.M., local time, February 2, 2024 to: Dedria Lunderman, Purchasing Manager City of Pensacola 222 W. Main St. Pensacola, FL 32502 purchasing@cityofpensacola.com Scope- Work is based on a standard work week - Monday-Friday, 7 am - 5 pm. Pricing should be based on completing the project within 90 days (weather permitting). Remove 3/4 " of mortar on the north side only of the dark-colored brick and replacing the 3/4 " of mortar with new standard color mortar. GM/Owner's representative to select mortar color. Remove any abandoned conduit or piping and replace them with brick and mortar. Brick allowance for one cube of brick for missing or badly damaged bricks. Add two coats of SureKlean Weather Seal Siloxane PD to the face of the entire north wall after work has been completed.
