Description The purpose of this solicitation is to provide immediate welding repairs to an aluminum yard ramp, and as-needed, general welding services to the Foreign-Trade Zone No. 9, Pier 2, 521 Ala Moana Boulevard, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. See specifications, attached. The immediate repair services to the ramp described herein shall commence upon a written Notice to Proceed. Services shall be completed within four (4) months from the Notice to Proceed. The term of services for as-needed repairs shall be twelve (12) months from the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated Damages. Liquidated Damages Are Fixed at the Sum of Twenty-five And No/100 Dollars ($25.00) for Each and Every Calendar Day the Contractor Fails to Perform, in Whole or in Part, Any of His/her Obligations Specified Hereunder. Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: Hamasu, Tsurumi.
