The City of Artesia requests Bids to establish an indefinite quantity control contract for Asbestos and Demolition Services for the City of Artesia Community and Infrastructure Department. Bids may be held for ninety (90) days, subject to all actions by the City. The City of Artesia reserves the right to reject any and all bids in part or in whole. A completed bid package shall be submitted in a sealed container indicating the ITB title and number along with the Offeror's name and address clearly marked on the outside of the container.
