**As of February 28, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on March 4, 2024 during the Board Meeting. Reference Number 0000339260 The Village of Orland Park ("Village") is requesting proposals for water main replacement in Phase II of the Catalina Subdivision. ("Project"). The contractor shall be responsible for all work required herein to be performed, and shall provide and furnish all labor, materials, equipment to complete the water main replacement according to Exhibit A and Exhibit B for drawings and specifications. This includes all water main structures, valves, and the repair of surface infrastructure once complete. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 10 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 %. Each proposal must be accompanied by a proposal deposit, as earnest money, in the form of a bid bond, a certified check or cashier's check, drawn on a responsible bank, made payable to the Village of Orland Park for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the proposal price. General Requirements - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Proposals will be opened and evaluated in private and proposal information will be kept confidential until an award is made. *The Village Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Proposals and to Waive Any Irregularities.
