Ravinia Ave, Orland Park, IL 60462 The Village of Orland Park ("Village") is requesting proposals for the Franklin Loebe Center Water Main Loop Project, which includes PVC water main installation, water main abandonment, new fire hydrants, valves, and valve vaults, horizontal directionally drilled water main, boring and jacking, intermittent storm sewer and temporary patching, parkway landscaping, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the Plans. General Requirements - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 10 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 %.
