City of Aspen Staff Offices are located in a variety of facilities throughout Aspen. Staff has worked with representatives from each of these facilities to identify their specific cleaning needs. These needs, as well as square footage of areas to be cleaned, number of office spaces, number of bathrooms/stalls, number of kitchenettes, and availability of cleaning supply storage areas has been recorded in Exhibit A to assist you in preparing your proposals. The City is looking for a qualified firm who can fulfill the requirements and schedule identified in Exhibit A. Additionally, special cleaning needs are necessary in City facilities or City owned properties from time to time. The City expects the successful bidder to be able to accommodate these special needs in a timely manner in addition to their standard cleaning duties. There are also several areas of this City that require special clearances, or approved access. Employees working in these areas will be required to pass background checks or otherwise gain approval to access these areas. It is imperative that employees of the selected firm are respectful of City property and staff as they perform their cleaning duties. All locations below are in Aspen, Colorado, 81611.
