As per the Owner the project has been cancelled. This project will be rebid on a later date that has not yet been determined. The Potter County Housing Authority is canceling the flooring bid request for receipt on 2/15/24. This is due to the necessary review of the project’s current scope of work and possible changes required and associated cost increases. We have discussed this decision with our Architect and will be reviewing the overall project requirements and possibly developing a revised bid request in the near future.
