**As of February 23, 2024, This project has been awarded to Hoerr Construction, with the awarded amount of $503,736.60.** Questions Due In Writing to Procurement E-mail: bflowers@parkridge.us JANUARY 23, 2024 4:30pm When access to MWRD manhole is required, the MWRD manhole opening shall be coordinated with Mr. Athar Syed (708-588-3605) of the MWRD. Any MWRD manholes shall be identified at the pre-bid meeting. This project includes quantities for 7,821 linear feet of sanitary and storm sewer lining in various sizes of cured in-place pipe lining (CIPP), rehabilitation and restoration of structural integrity of the existing sanitary and storm sewer pipes by the Inversion and Curing of a Resin-Impregnated Tube process and all related and ancillary work. The project also includes quantities for 1,552 linear feet of sanitary sewer cleaning and televising only for various pipe sizes. The work contained on this project is located within easements or right-of-way of the City of Park Ridge and IDOT. The City has the right to delete from or add to the contract quantities without placing penalty to the contract unit costs for construction. The City further reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in bidding procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interest of the municipality.
