The proposed project includes 3,803 CY class 10 excavation, 14,268 SY special subgrade preparation for shared use path, 26 LF of storm sewer pipe (12 inch), 510 SY of 8" PCC Pavement, 11,841 SY of 6" PCC shared use path, trail signage, traffic control, erosion control, surface restoration, a 117'-7" x 12' pretensioned prestressed concrete beam bridge, and other miscellaneous work. The Dallas County Conservation Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Dallas County Conservation Board reserves the right to defer acceptance of any bid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of bids and no bid may be withdrawn during this period.
