Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Costa Mesa, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 300-square-foot educational facility.

Project Description: Erect an owner provided steel framed building on existing slab. If any of the owner provided materials are found to be damaged or defective or missing the contractor will notify the College's agent immediately. Lifts and other equipment needed to assemble the building to be provided by the contractor. Furnish and install (1) 10' X 12' and (1) 12' X 12' sectional 20 gauge rolling steel door. Installation shall include (1) electric operator on each door. Includes manual chain hoist for emergency use, (1) three button control unit, safety photo eye, heavy duty limit assembly, drive chain and mounting bracket. Connect to existing power, adjust, lube and check operation. Complete scope of work can be found within the PlanetBids project description.
