Site work and paving for a civil project in Carver, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; bridge / tunnel; bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
Work to be performed consists of the furnishing of all materials, equipment, labor and supplies to complete the work as shown on the plans and specifications on file with the Carver County Engineer's Office, Public Works Division, 11360 Highway 212, Suite 1, Cologne, MN 553228016. Location of Work On County State Aid Highway 40 from Trunk Highway 25 to County State Aid Highway 52. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bidder's bond naming Carver County as oblige, certified check payable to the Carver County Treasurer or a cash deposit equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, which shall be forfeited to the County in the event that the bidder fails to enter into a contract. The County reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three lowest bidders for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days after the date and time set of the opening of bids. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date and time set of the opening of bids. The Carver County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities TYPE OF WORK: Full depth reclamation, grading, aggregate base, bituminous and aggregate surfacing, storm sewer, signing, and pavement marking. he DBE goal for this project is 16.3%. The workforce participation goals for this Project are: Minority: 22% ; Women: 15%
