Project consists of demolition of classroom wings of Central Middle School, including reworking fire sprinkler, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems to maintain functionality in remaining areas of the school. Work includes replacement of existing roof areas. Alternate bids include additional roof areas for replacement and masonry repairs. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers and waive any irregularities at their discretion.
