Abbreviated Written Summary: Briefly and without force and effect upon the contract documents, the work of the Contract can be summarized as follows: THE PROJECT consists of removing the existing screen doors, removing and replacing the exterior entry doors, handles, and hardware, replacing the door trim on the interior and exterior of the building, and installing an ice and water shield below all exterior doors for three apartments.
