FCC POLLOCK is a federal correctional facility located at 1000 Airbase Road, Pollock, LA 71467. The project consists of the following: Replacement of existing to replace approximately 209,394 square feet of roof with a new Thermoplastic Polyolefin single-ply reflective roof membrane, replace 140 existing roof strainers, and install approximately 1,600 linear feet walkway system. The performance period for the project will be 539 Calendar Days from issuance of the notice to proceed. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238160 with a corresponding small business size standard of $19 million.
