Site work and renovation of a civil project in Pollock, Louisiana. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Town of Pollock is seeking the services of a qualified engineering firm or individual to provide engineering and related services pertaining to a $2.5 million grant under the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2024 funded through the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (Community Grants Program). The Town is requesting Proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide engineering related services for the eligible project elements funded through the Community Grants Program The scope of work includes improvements to the Town's Wastewater Treatment Plant and Sewer Lift Stations. The work at the treatment plant includes improvements to the bar screen; replacement of pumps; replacement of brush rotor; construction of sludge digestor and clarifier; expansion of the chlorine contact chamber; etc. The improvements at the lift stations include pump and control replacements and auxiliary power generators. The scope of services includes, but are not limited to, preliminary analysis of the Town's needs, preliminary engineering design, final engineering design, construction observation and project implementation in compliance with the EPA Community Grant Program requirements. The fees for engineering services will be negotiated on a lump sum, fixed price basis, with payment terms to be negotiated with the selected offeror.
