Per Addendum 1 - Bid Date Extended The Raleigh Convention and Performing Arts Complex (RCPAC) is accepting proposals from qualified public entities or private firms to provide lobby and exterior lighting upgrade at the Martin Marietta Center for Performing Arts (PAC). This project requires the professional installation of lighting fixtures, supporting equipment and control systems at the Martin Marietta Center for the Performing Arts Center throughout the lobby spaces of Raleigh Memorial Auditorium, Fletcher Theatre and Meymandi Concert Hall as well as the exterior façade of the Performing Arts Center, and the Art Gallery. Deadline for Written Questions from Proposers January 24, 2024 no later than 4:00 PM City Response to Questions (anticipated) January 26, 2024 Contract Term The Contract shall have an initial term of three years, beginning on the date of the Contract The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for any reason and to waive any informality it deems in its best interest.
