Point Township Utility Building Project The Project involves construction of a 1,200 square feet utility building on the Township's property located at 759 Ridge Road, Northumberland, PA. A certified check or bank draft, payable to Point Township, or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten (10) percent of the total of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. Construction Performance and Payment Bonds are required in the amount of one-hundred (100) percent of the Contract as awarded. Attention is called to the fact that each Bidder shall not in any manner discriminate by reason of race, age, color, religion, gender, national origin, handicap, creed, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or in violation of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRA) and applicable federal laws, against or intimidate any its employees and/or applicants for employment. Not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this Project. The Point Township Board of Supervisors reserve the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
