Site work and paving for a road / highway in Northumberland, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
the following Contract: Contract: Furnish and place approximately 12,268 SY of Asphalt Prime Coat; 12,268 SY Asphalt Surface Treatment; 12,268 SY of Asphalt Seal Coat Using Precoated Aggregate and 12,268 SY Asphalt Fog Seal. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of workers compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
