Renovation of an educational facility in Kenora, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Board is seeking bids for repair of the North Stairwell in St. John Paul II School in Kenora, ON. The repair includes the removal of steel stringers, risers and tread plates with concrete treads and the replacement of these items. The repair also includes the installation of flooring in the North vestibule and staircase. Prescribed scope of work and deliverables detailed in Appendix A. Questions will not be accepted past Friday January 26th, 2024 at 4:00 pm CST, to allow proper time for the relaying of answers to interested proponents. The successful bidder shall have all work detailed in Contract Documents substantially completed by August 16th, 2024.
