The Rural Municipality of Moose Creek No. 33 is requesting proposals from interested parties wishing to perform various engineering consulting duties for new projects for the year 2024 and possibly 2025. The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to invite prospective companies to submit a proposal for the provision of engineering services to assist in road upgrades and the construction of clay claying. It is expected the proponent will work with the Rural Municipality of Moose Creek No. 33 to complete the following on any future awarded road construction projects for: Geotechnical investigation; Survey, design and engineer all aspects of the construction; Prepare the tender documents; Assist in managing the tender documents; Provide project management; Provide construction administration; and Rectify deficiencies. The Rural Municipality of Moose Creek No. 33 will review all proposals for completeness. If a proposal is deemed by the municipal council to be incomplete, it will be discarded and not considered. The Municipality reserve the right pursuant to this RFP to: make public the names of any or all proponents; assess a proponent's proposal on the basis of: information provided by references; the proponent's past performance on previous contracts with the Rural Municipality of Moose Creek No. 33; other relevant information that arises during this RFP process. verify with any proponent or with a third party any information set out in a proposal; check references other than those provided by any proponent; disqualify any proponent whose proposal contains misrepresentations or any other inaccurate or misleading information; select a proponent other than the proponent whose proposal reflects the lowest cost to the Rural Municipality of Moose Creek No. 33; cancel this RFP process at any stage; reject any or all proposals; The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
