Gravel Crush, stock pile or delivered to 805 South-boundary Road, Alameda, of up to 50,000yds 3 of 3/4" road gravel at SW 36-02-01 W2M to be completed between January 1, 2025 and March 31, 2025. As a guarantee of good faith, the undersigned bidder encloses herewith a bid guarantee of not less than five percent of the total amount of bid to the rural municipality of moose creek no. 33. An irrevocable letter of credit for not less than five percent of the total amount of bid will also be accepted. The Successful Bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond by a surety acceptable to the Rural Municipality of Moose Creek No. 33. Each bond shall not be less than 50% of the Total Amount of Bid. This may be waived by resolution of council, based on past performance with the municipality. Bidder is responsible for all road maintenance fees paid to the Rural Municipality of Enniskillen 3 The Rural Municipality of Moose Creek reserves the right to refuse to accept any or all tenders.
