Work involves skim coating of rubberized surfacing, live willow tunnel, interlocking paving, and engineered wood fibre safety surfacing. Supply and installation of rubberized play spheres as seperate price. Perform Work during the period from May 6, 2024 to June 10, 2024; Substantial Performance of the Work to be completed no later than Monday, June 3, 2024. A Bid Bond for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Stipulated Lump Sum Price of the Bid, signed, sealed, and issued by a surety to transact business in the province or territory of the project. The Owner reserves the right to approve or reject any surety, in its reasonable discretion. A 50% Performance Bond and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond for Contracts over $100,000.00, issued by the surety which issued the Bid Bond and Agreement to Bond, in the prescribed forms, where specified.
