Fish Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade in Warwick Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The work involves the furnishing of labor, materials, transportation, tools, supplies, and equipment necessary for the upgrade of the wastewater treatment plant. The upgrade includes modifying the influent valve vault, providing bypass pumping, removing existing Jet Tech equipment from SBR 1 and SBR 2, removing and disposal of grit in the two SBR Tanks and pressure washing SBR 1 and SBR 2, installing Jet Tech replacement equipment in SBR 1 and SB R 2, replacing the motive pumps, pad pads and the piping within the motive room. All work is performed for the Warwick Township Water & Sewer Authority and is located in Warwick Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, as provided in the Contract Documents. Requirements for a 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond, 10% Maintenance Bond and Contractor's Insurance are included in the Contract Documents. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. Warwick Township Water & Sewer Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to make such award as appears most advantageous to the Authority.
