Reference Number 0000339639 Scope of Work involves excavation of approximately 300 existing water services at shutoff (stop) boxes in various locations throughout Township. Question Acceptance Deadline 01/22/2024 02:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of $2,500.00. The required security must be in the form of a certified or bank cashier's check made payable to Plymouth Township Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 120 days after the actual date of opening thereof. This time period may be extended by mutual agreement of the OWNER and any Bidder or Bidders. *The Township reserves the right to accept any or all alternative Bids and award the contract to other than the lowest bidder, to waive any irregularities or informalities or both; to reject any or all Bids; and in general, to make the award of the Contract in any manner deemed by the Township, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the Charter Township of Plymouth.
