Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Plymouth, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Bids will be received for the following Work: Infrastructure improvements on S. Main, Church, Spring, and Liberty. The base project includes 1260 CYDs of Pavement Excavation, 14,500 SY of Cold Milling, 526 LFT of Water Main, 2500 TON of Bituminous Pavement, 400 SYDs of Concrete Pavement, 4000 SFT of Concrete Sidewalk, 16 Gate Valve WM Replacements, 15 new water services and other related work. An alternate bid is requested for approximately 25,000 SY of cold milling and 2800 TONs of Bituminous Pavement. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the amount bid, drawn payable to City of Plymouth as security for the proper execution of the Agreement. City of Plymouth reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bids should it consider same to be in its best interest. Bids may not be withdrawn for the period of 60 days after date of receiving bids. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of bids will not be answered.
