The scope of services described herein align with the City's current federal and state regulatory obligations. Interested Operations & Maintenance Contractor(s) must possess the labor, skill, equipment, and technology to provide routinely assess the operational conditions of the City's Pumping Stations, tide gates and check valves, sewer and stormwater siphons, sewer ejector stations, stormwater quality devices, and all other typical Water/Sewer/Drain infrastructure. The estimated value of the contract is $75,000.00. A 5% Bid Bond is required. All inquiries must be received via email to klogan@quincyma.gov and cc: mmarini@quincyma.gov thru January 19, 2024 by 12:00 p.m. The bidding and award of this contract shall be in full compliance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30, Section 39M, as last revised. All applicable Federal, State and City of Quincy regulations in relation to and subject to the minimum wage rates set under the Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Law Chapter 149, 26 to 27H and/or any applicable federal rates. The City reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids when such an action is deemed in the best interests of the City.
