The City of Quincy, acting through the Department of Emergency Management, is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to perform the design, construction, and installation of one (1) steel/metal vehicle enclosure building to be installed at the Department of Natural Resources, One Merrymount Parkway, Quincy, MA. The building must be 52' long by 38' wide with 16" eaves. The building will include three (3) 3'x7' doorways with doors, one doorway at the rear and one door on each side of the building for egress. The building structure must include: 1. 56' long, 40' wide, and has a front door opening with 16" eaves. 2. include three (3) 3' x 7' doorways with doors having one (1) doorway on each side of the building for egress. 3. be anchored by the awarded contractor into the asphalt ground on currently existing ashpalt. 4. include required utility connections to install lighting.
