Renovation of an educational facility in Quincy, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 10,000-square-foot educational facility.
Removal and replacement of 10,000 SF of existing roofing and associated components at Wollaston Elementary School Roof Replacement Project. ADA Accessible upgrades to the ground level between original building and addition. Estimated Cost $1,031,000.00 Partial Roof replacement of the Wollaston Elementary School. Included in this work is removal/replacement of roofing, insulation, flashings, associated hazardous material abatement, roof drain repair, misc. metals, and new overflow drains associated with the new roof installation. The roof area is approximately 10,000 sq ft. The work also includes an interior ramp, stairs, walls, ceilings and doors for improved accessibility.
